ASADA 50 Manual Beaver Threading Machine B50

Threading machine designed to give accurate threads for most pipe and bolt (rod) applications. Threads -BSPT, NPT, BSW, UNC, UNF, Conduit and Metric threads possible in such materials as stainless, high tensile, galvanized and mild steels. Footswitch included for safety. Machines supplied as standard with all dies and manual die head from 1/2" BSPT up to 2" BSPT. Pipe cutter, reamer, threading oil, and tubular legs included.

Die Head equipped with an automatic profiling system and designed to reduce cut resistance for precise threads. Cutter & reamer blade with the most suitable shaped blade tips allows sharp cut and durability. Hammer chuck operation designed to grip easily and grap pipe firmly with less power. HSS Dies are available for cutting stainless steel and high tensile threads. Alloy dies for mild steel. Use genuine Asada appropriate threading oil for the best results. HT oil for stainless steel and high tensile steel for longer die life. Standard grade oil for general purpose threading.
