Double-Cut (D-Cut) Carbide Burrs are ideal for cutting stainless and carbon steel, plus other hard metals. They are an excellent die grinder accessory for metal removing, deburring and weld cleaning. It is the most popular, universal cutting style and offers smooth operation, high cutting action, produces no short chips and no clogging problems.

Cone-shaped burrs with a 14° included angle, also known as a pointed cone-shaped burr, are ideal for bevelling, counterboring and chamfering. They are also excellent for getting into acute angled areas of your work piece. Some common applications include deburring gear teeth, getting inside beveled edges, and internal pipe edges.
