CARBATEC 317mm Straight Blade Benchtop Thicknesser TH-B317P

The Carbatec TH-B317P Professional Benchtop Thicknesser features a powerful 1800W motor and can handle full-width cuts in all types of timber. It will accept boards up to 150mm deep and 317mm wide and its two double-sided replaceable blades will make effortless cuts becoming a valuable addition to your workshop. The slot located blades can be slightly offset from each other, in the case of a 'knick'.

This compact unit can cut thinner material up to 3mm per pass (wider boards need less cut depth per pass) and the handy depth cutting gauge make setting this up very simple. Safety features include full-width anti-kickback pawls and a standard fit No Volt Release (NVR) switch. The included dust chute can be mounted with Left or Right hand extraction and the inbuilt fan helps move wood shavings away from the cutterhead; although connection to a dust collector or vacuum is highly recommended. Folding in/out feed tables have a low friction coating and can be easily adjusted to reduce snipe. The optional stand (CT-BX-STAND) is made to perfectly match this machine and is pre-drilled to accept the supplied mounting bolts to enable a more permanent solution to your workshop.
